周五，美国多家头部科技企业签署联名公开信，力挺开源人工智能软件。当下特朗普政府正研究针对中国人工智能实验室出台各类限制措施。本次联名主体包括元平台（Meta）、英伟达、微软、风投机构安德森・霍洛维茨，以及睿博（Reflection）、Hugging Face 等人工智能初创公司。信件主张，权重开源人工智能模型能够促进行业良性竞争，让更多主体参与人工智能产业红利分配。谷歌、亚马逊、OpenAI、安索帕（Anthropic）并未参与签署。
这封公开信并未直接提及中国，而是从更广层面呼吁支持开源研发路线。英伟达创始人兼首席执行官黄仁勋周五首次在 X 平台发文表态：“开源模型能够提升安全水平、强化网络防护，加速创新迭代与技术普及，助力各国实现技术自主。全球既需要顶尖闭源模型，也离不开顶尖开源模型。”
当下开源人工智能行业前路充满不确定性。上周中国人工智能企业月之暗面（Moonshot）发布 Kimi K3 大模型，美方开始担忧中国大模型或将很快对 OpenAI、安索帕的头部产品构成冲击。白宫高级官员迈克尔・克拉齐奥斯周三发文，指控月之暗面不当使用安索帕的知识产权训练模型，进一步加剧了美方的焦虑情绪。
