德克萨斯州区域银行Southside Bancshares， Inc．公布截至2026年6月30日第二季度财务业绩，当季净利润和每股收益均实现两位数同比增长，超出华尔街预期，但营收未达市场预估。

　　财报显示，公司第二季度净利润为2680万美元，合每股摊薄收益0.90美元，较上年同期的2180万美元增长23.0%，超出分析师预期的每股0.86美元。当季营收为7133万美元，低于市场预期的7470万美元，但较上年同期的6884万美元有所增长。

　　业绩增长主要得益于净利息收入的提升和成本的有效控制。当季净利息收入为5730万美元，同比增长5.7%；非利息收入增至1400万美元，同比增长15.3%。同时，非利息费用降至3870万美元，同比下降1.5%。公司总裁兼首席执行官Keith Donahoe表示，非利息收入增加和非利息费用减少推动净利润环比增长15.4%。

　　资产质量保持稳健，不良资产占总资产比例仅为0.11%。当季年化平均资产收益率为1.23%，平均有形普通股权益回报率达16.09%。截至季末，公司总资产为87.6亿美元，贷款总额为49.5亿美元，较上年同期增长7.6%。当季贷款环比增长340万美元，管理层表示贷款生产强劲，预计全年可实现中个位数增长。

　　公司此前宣布的季度现金股息为每股0.36美元。
