智通财经APP讯，山东墨龙(00568)发布公告，本公司与配售代理于2026年7月21日(交易时段后)订立配售协议，据此，根据配售协议所列条款并在配售协议所列条件的规限下，本公司将发行本公司注册资本中每股面值人民币1.00元的2567.84万股新H股。本公司同意按配售价发行配售股份，而配售代理同意作为本公司的代理，以按尽力基准促使承配人按配售价购买配售股份。配售股份将根据一般授权配发及发行。

假设所有配售股份悉数获配售，配售事项所得款项总额预计为约1.18亿港元，而配售事项所得款项净额总额(经扣除佣金和估计费用)预计为约1.16亿港元。本公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用于以下用途：(a) 约90%，用于偿还未偿还借款以优化本集团财务结构;及 (b) 约10%，用于营运资金及一般企业用途。

假设所有配售股份悉数获配售，配售股份相当于现有已发行2.56亿股H股的约 10.03%，及相当于本公告日期已发行股份总数的约3.22%。假设自本公告日期起至配售事项完成，除发行配售股份外，本公司已发行股本概无其他变化，则配售股份分别占已发行 H股数目的约9.11%及经配发及发行配售股份扩大之已发行股份总数的约3.12%。根据配售事项，配售股份的总面值为人民币2567.84万元。
