【山西加强非煤矿山基础设施建设】据山西日报，近日，山西省应急管理厅、省自然资源厅、国家矿山安全监察局山西局联合印发《关于加强非煤矿山基础设施建设推动高质量发展的指导意见》。针对采掘作业环节，《指导意见》要求新建地下矿山全面推广凿岩台车、装药台车、铲运机等机械化装备，鼓励应用全断面隧道掘进机等设备实现连续作业；露天矿山标配潜孔钻机、大型挖掘机、矿用卡车等设备，推进采剥、运输、排土环节无人化作业。现有矿山结合资源条件、服务年限等现状，分步完成采掘、运输、监控设备升级，全面提升机械化开采水平。
