盛夏时节，正值玉米制种扬花管护关键期，甘州区明永镇燎烟村智慧玉米制种示范基地绿意盎然。农技人员深入田间地头察看制种玉米生长状况，现场讲解良种培育、精准水肥管控等现代农业技术。
近年来，燎烟村打造规模化智慧制种基地，推广水肥一体化、田间物联网监测等新技术，推行标准化制种生产模式，不断提升种子品质，壮大玉米制种特色产业，以良种产业赋能乡村全面振兴。去年以来，燎烟村投入1700万元建成4650亩智慧玉米制种基地，配套数字化节水设施，新建3座蓄水塘坝，置换灌溉水源、关停15眼机井，年减少地下水开采176万立方米，以智慧节水赋能现代农业。
从“望天收成”到“智慧丰产”，从传统耕作到科技赋能，如今的燎烟村玉米制种基地，良田规整、管网密布、设备智能、管理精细，一幅现代高效、绿色节水、稳产优质的现代农业画卷徐徐展开。（新甘肃·甘肃日报记者 裴强）
