【明新旭腾：控股子公司辽宁富新停产】明新旭腾公告，因外部经营环境变化导致生产条件受限，公司控股子公司辽宁富新新材料有限公司产线停产，预计短期内无法恢复生产。辽宁富新主要从事皮革生产加工业务，生产过程中产生的污水经厂区预处理后排入所在园区污水处理厂集中处理。近期，园区污水处理厂因其实际处理能力局限，要求对辽宁富新排放限值进行协商调整。2026年6月27日起，园区污水处理厂进一步提高了排放指标要求，该指标远超辽宁富新现有污水处理系统能力极限。辽宁富新与当地主管部门、园区管委会等多方持续进行沟通、交涉和协商，力求尽快解决该事项。目前尚未就最新排放限值达成一致意见，受此外部客观因素影响，辽宁富新生产设施被迫暂停运行，正常经营秩序暂时中断。公司经审慎评估后确认短期内不具备恢复生产的条件，最终于2026年7月27日作出停产决定。
