知行科技（股票代码：01274.HK）日前发布业绩预告，预计2026年上半年营收为7.61亿，较上年同期增长107.79%；预期除税前亏损约为5388万元，较2025年同期降幅约为69.71%。

知行科技董事会认为主要系以下因素综合影响所致：

1，于报告期间，本公司的组合驾驶辅助解决方案及产品的量产交付实现跃升，量,产项目数目持续增长，且多个项目交付规模提升，推动销售数量大幅增长，尤其是自研iDC系列组合驾驶辅助域控制器和iFC系列智能前视摄像头销售量较2025年同期增长约为160.36%；

2，于报告期间，随着本公司量产交付规模快速提升，规模效益逐渐显现，毛利率提升。

2025年2月，知行汽车配售，配售价为20.88港元，募资2.28亿港元。

2025年7月，知行汽车再次进行配售，配售价为15.22港元，发售共15,495,000股，募资净额为2.31亿港元。

2026年6月26日，知行汽车宣布蒋京芳女士因个人工作安排及家庭原因已辞任执行董事和公司总裁职务，辞任自2026年6月26日起生效。

截至今日收盘，知行科技股价为3.15港元，市值为8亿港元。
