Boost Run (BRUN) said Monday it will redeem all outstanding warrants that remain unexercised on Aug. 20 at a redemption price of $0.01 per warrant.
The company said warrant holders may exercise their warrants for cash before the redemption deadline at an exercise price of $11.50 per share.
Boost Run said it has received $58.8 million from warrant exercises as of July 24 and could receive an additional $73.1 million if all remaining warrants are exercised.
