TransUnion Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q3 Guidance Set; Lifts 2026 Guidance

TransUnion (TRU) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.23 per diluted share, up from $1.08 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.16.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.31 billion, up from $1.14 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.28 billion.

The company expects Q3 adjusted EPS of $1.18 to $1.21. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.23. Revenue for the quarter is projected to be between $1.29 billion and $1.31 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.31 billion.

TransUnion raised its 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $4.75 to $4.83 from $4.68 to $4.75 prior. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.78.

Revenue for the year is now expected to be between $5.13 billion and $5.16 billion, up from the prior estimate of between $5.1 billion and $5.14 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $5.14 billion.

The company's shares were down 1.7% in Tuesday premarket activity.
