Royal Caribbean (RCL) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $4.21 per share, compared with $4.38 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.98.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $4.83 billion, up from $4.54 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.82 billion.

The company expects Q3 adjusted earnings to be between $6.26 and $6.36 per share.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $6.26.

Royal Caribbean raised its 2026 adjusted EPS outlook to $17.73 to $17.87 from its prior guidance of $17.10 to $17.50.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $17.32.

Shares of the company were down 3.29% in premarket activity.
