道富银行周二宣布，已签署初步协议收购桑坦德集团与CACEIS在巴西、墨西哥和哥伦比亚合资组建的证券服务业务。该交易将显著扩大道富银行在拉美地区的业务布局，使其成为该地区三大机构投资市场的领先托管和资产管理服务提供商。
此次收购涉及的合资企业托管资产约为4700亿美元，行政管理资产约为2250亿美元。交易完成后，道富银行计划保留该业务本地经验丰富的团队，并通过现有市场牌照和监管框架继续运营。道富银行董事长兼首席执行官表示，这笔交易将使其能够更好地服务于在拉美有跨境和本地投资需求的全球客户，并加强对投资者参与该地区增长机会的支持能力。
道富银行是全球领先的金融服务机构，截至2026年6月30日，托管和行政管理资产达57.9万亿美元，资产管理规模达6.3万亿美元，业务遍及全球100多个市场。此次收购与其近期强劲的财务表现相呼应——公司第二季度营收同比增长17%至创纪录的40亿美元，调整后每股收益为3.65美元，较上年同期增长44%。
道富银行计划在完成与相关员工代表的协商程序后签署最终收购文件。该交易尚需获得监管批准并满足其他惯常交割条件，预计将于2027年完成。
