【上半年客流与销售额双增 近八成购物中心看好下半年】今天了解到，中国连锁经营协会7月份对全国53家企业的1978个在营购物中心进行了摸底调查。调查显示，今年上半年75.5%的企业客流量实现增长，其中43.4%的企业增幅在5%~10%区间；17%的企业增幅在10%~15%区间；上半年客流下降的企业占比仅13.2%，且以轻微下降为主。中国连锁经营协会认为，这表明今年以来，购物中心客流整体呈现温和增长趋势，而非短期冲高，基本盘较为稳固。中国连锁经营协会的调查还显示，上半年69.8%的企业销售总额实现增长，销售总额下降的企业占比是22.6%；69.8%的企业会员消费占比实现增长，下降的占比为15.1%；43.4%的企业线上销售占比提升，线上销售占比下降的企业仅占7.5%。调查还显示，各家购物中心企业对下半年经营预期总体乐观，其中，79.2%的企业对下半年的客流持乐观态度；67.9%的企业对下半年的销售量持乐观态度。
