智通财经APP讯，和铂医药-B(02142)发布公告，本公司已与中国医药集团有限公司(国药集团)签署战略合作协议，以建立国药集团-和铂医药创新联合体(创新联合体)，并就创新型生物药的研发领域开展合作，战略重点覆盖肿瘤及免疫炎症等疾病领域(战略合作)。
根据战略合作，本集团与国药集团将围绕创新型生物药的全生命周期开展研发合作，战略重点覆盖肿瘤及免疫炎症等疾病领域。本集团将利用其全球领先的全人源抗体技术平台Harbour Mice®及AI赋能研发能力，与国药集团共同开展候选抗体分子的发现与优化工作，包括但不限于靶点确认、先导抗体发现及优化、抗体构型设计及抗体工程等。国药集团还将贡献其在临床试验、规模化生产及商业化方面的专业知识，开展项目商业化规模工艺的开发、临床试验物料的生产及将该合作所产生的产品商业化等工作。双方将按约定的条款共同承担研发成本、共用产品权益。
