AT&T (T) has launched a bond offering of at least 2 billion euros ($2.23 billion) across euro and sterling-denominated tranches, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing a person familiar with the matter.
The US telecommunications company is marketing four euro-denominated notes with maturities of four, eight, 12 and 19 years, along with a 26-year sterling-denominated tranche, the report said.
Initial price guidance ranges from about 95 basis points over mid-swaps for the four-year euro bond to around 200 basis points over mid-swaps for the 19-year tranche, Bloomberg said, adding that pricing is expected later Monday.
Bloomberg said the final size of the offering is expected to be determined at pricing.
AT&T did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
