日前，美国奈飞公司（Netflix）旗下Eyeline Studios前副总裁兼创意总监凯文·贝利提起诉讼，指控奈飞公司因其在企业团建活动中坦白曾合法使用医用氯胺酮（Ketamine）进行抑郁症治疗而将其解雇，并拒绝支付相关遣散费。

　　诉状显示，2026年1月，贝利在奈飞公司位于北加州的内部场地参与“信任训练”活动时，向同事披露了相关医疗历史。贝利强调，在母亲去世后，为治疗临床抑郁症，他曾于2022年10月至11月期间在圣巴巴拉的一家诊所内，在医疗监督下接受了氯胺酮治疗。然而，奈飞公司随后针对此事启动内部调查。同年3月，调查人员以怀疑其存在娱乐性药物滥用为由对其进行审查，并于4月将其正式解雇。贝利援引奈飞公司律师的表态指出，氯胺酮治疗事件是导致其被解雇的重要考量因素。

　　此外，奈飞公司的内部调查还涉及贝利在工作场合使用不当言辞及饮酒行为的指控。对此，贝利在诉讼中反驳称，相关倒立饮酒等行为均发生于团建互动期间，且系受公司高管鼓励的职场文化所致。他指控Eyeline Studios首席执行官杰夫·夏皮罗长期纵容并营造以酒精为核心的工作氛围。贝利指出，夏皮罗不仅多次在公司出行期间向团队提供含酒精饮料，还在其个人办公室内设立吧台，甚至在与奈飞公司首席执行官泰德·萨兰多斯结束会议后直接向团队员工提供酒精饮品。
