智通财经APP讯，澜沧古茶(06911)发布公告，预期集团2026年半年度将取得收入约人民币1.55亿元至1.70亿元，较截至2025年6月30日止六个月的收入人民币1.195亿元增加约29.70%至42.25%;同时取得归属于母公司股东的净利润约人民币150万元至300万元，较2025年半年度的净亏损人民币2917万元相比，实现扭亏为盈。
董事会认为，2026年半年度收入增长和归属于母公司股东的净利润实现扭亏为盈的主要原因如下：
(1)收入增长的原因：公司对经营战略和产品结构进行了调整，报告期线上、KA及经销商等渠道全面增收;
(2)扭亏为盈的原因：在收入增长的同时，管理层透过降本增效措施缩减了成本费用开支，报告期的各项费用总额下降。
