智通财经APP获悉，中石化冠德(00934)盈警后跌超6%，截至发稿，跌5.82%，报3.56港元，成交额1208.12万港元。
消息面上，中石化冠德发布盈警公告，预计中期股东应占溢利同比下降约25%-35%。主要由于期内中东局势升级，霍尔木兹海峡通航受到严重阻碍，直接影响全球石油市场格局，亦影响集团境内外仓储和码头业务，以及下属公司对集团的利润贡献。此外，日照实华已进入清算程序，导致其吞吐量及为集团贡献的投资收益较去年同期大幅减少。
公开资料显示，中石化冠德是中国石化旗下唯一一家在香港上市的红筹股子公司，中石化冠德及其附属公司主要从事提供原油码头服务。集团的合资公司及联营公司主要从事经营原油及石油产品码头及其附属设施、提供物流服务包括仓储、运输及码头服务。
