　　公开资料显示：李黔现任比亚迪股份有限公司董事会秘书、投资处总经理‌，深耕资本市场多年，主导过多个里程碑式资本运作项目，男，1973年9月出生，中国国籍，无境外居留权，拥有硕士研究生学历 。他于1997年毕业于江西财经大学获经济学学士学位，2016年7月获北京大学光华管理学院高级工商管理硕士学位 。‌‌‌1997年至2001年任职于普华永道、安达信会计师事务所 。2001年至2005年在中兴通讯担任证券事务代表，主导2004年中兴通讯H股上市 。‌2005年8月加入比亚迪‌，负责集团资本市场工作至今 。‌‌
