FedEx is gearing up to hand out cash bonuses to more than a thousand of its senior employees, a move the company said is in recognition of the successful execution of its transformation plan.

The company said Friday its board established a one-time special cash bonus pool for eligible managing directors and above, representing about 1,100 employees.

Additionally, Chief Executive Rajesh Subramaniam and Chief Customer Officer Brie Carere will receive special bonuses of $1.9 million and $850,000, respectively, the company said.

FedEx said the bonuses aim to recognize its employees for the execution and results achieved through its transformation plan. The company pointed to several key achievements during fiscal 2026, including above-plan adjusted consolidated operating income and cost savings above management's target of $1 billion.
