随着日本比价网站运营商Kakaku.com的私有化竞购战持续升温，贝恩资本与软银旗下的LY Corp据报正在考虑进一步提高联合收购报价，新的每股出价可能超过EQT于上周提出的每股3450日元。
Kakaku.com运营着日本知名的比价网站、餐厅点评平台以及求职服务等业务。自收购战爆发以来，Kakaku股价已累计上涨近60%，目前市值约45亿美元。高企的股价暗示投资者预期竞购方将继续抬高出价。
据知情人士透露，贝恩与LY正在酝酿新一轮报价，可能在近日提交，但讨论仍在进行中，尚无最终决定。此前，该财团已将报价从每股3232日元提升至3384日元，并附加了若大股东KDDI支持则加价至3500日元每股的条款。
目前EQT的每股3450日元报价为有效最高出价，并且Kakaku管理层支持EQT的收购提议。为此，EQT已将收购要约期限延长至8月3日，以争取更多时间与主要股东沟通。有分析指出，贝恩与LY财团若要成功，须向管理层证明交易的确定性及更高出价的可行性。
