医疗机器人公司PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation（NASDAQ： PRCT）近日因涉嫌证券欺诈被提起集体诉讼。该公司主要开发用于治疗良性前列腺增生的手术机器人系统。

　　诉讼指控PROCEPT在2024年2月28日至2026年2月25日期间作出虚假和误导性陈述。具体而言，公司通过大规模折扣计划激励客户批量下单，这种做法人为地提前拉动了销售额，以牺牲未来收入为代价，虚增了当前的手柄销量和收入。更严重的是，公司低估了由此造成的库存积压问题。诉讼称，截至2026年2月，市场上积压的过剩手柄库存超过1万件。

　　真相逐步曝光后，公司股价经历了连续暴跌。2025年8月，公司公布的二季度手柄销量不及预期，股价两日跌约16%。同年11月，三季度销量再次低于指引，且公司不得不下调全年销量预期，导致股价再跌超10%。直至2026年2月25日，公司披露了更严重的问题：2025年第四季度手柄销量环比骤降近30%，并承认自2023年一季度以来手柄销量已持续远超实际手术量。这一消息导致股价单次暴跌逾18%。

　　截至2026年7月24日，PRCT股价已跌至16.69美元，年内跌幅高达约47%。目前，包括Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP在内的多家律师事务所已发起集体诉讼，并呼吁在2026年9月22日前遭受损失的投资者申请成为首席原告。
