ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Defiant 报道，代币化平台 Securitize Corp.（NYSE：SECZ）子公司 Securitize Capital LLC 已在美国 SEC 注册为投资顾问，注册于 7 月 22 日生效。该子公司此前自 2023 年 3 月起以豁免报告顾问身份在佛罗里达州运营，仅可服务风险投资基金或美国管理规模低于 1.5 亿美元的私募基金，此次注册解除了该上限。
报道称，这一牌照补齐了 Securitize 围绕代币化证券搭建的合规矩阵，其美国关联实体现已涵盖注册投资顾问、注册经纪商与另类交易系统、过户代理及基金管理。注册也发生在 SEC 委员 Hester Peirce 于 7 月 22 日警告链上金库与借贷策略可能触及投资顾问监管问题之后第五天。
美股行情显示，SECZ 周一盘中跌近 10%，现报 6.76 美元/股，总市值约 10 亿美元。
