观点网讯：7月27日，中信建投明阳智能新能源REIT披露二季度经营数据。报告期内，基金实现营业收入4,049.10万元，净利润1,283.74万元。当期可供分配金额1,101.78万元，较2025年同期的1,023.69万元同比增长7.63%。

该REIT底层资产为两座陆上风电项目，总装机规模150MW，分别位于河北黄骅（100MW，2018年投产）和内蒙古克什克腾旗（50MW，2017年投产）。二季度，黄骅项目可利用率达99.40%，克旗项目可利用率达99.51%。

国补回收方面，期内黄骅项目收回历史国补1,356.09万元，克旗项目收回1,012.80万元。克旗项目二季度调峰辅助服务费用支出同比减少247.63万元。

基金当期年化现金流分派率为4.55%。若将符合条件的国补应收账款保理回款7,745.30万元纳入分配测算，对应分派率可达11.01%。2026年以来，基金已完成2025年度第二和第三次分红，累计分红总额达1.0078亿元。
