多元化能源公司Alliance Resource Partners， L.P．今日发布2026年第二季度财报，多项核心财务指标实现同比显著增长。公司同时宣布每单位0.60美元的季度现金分配，并更新了全年业绩指引。

　　财报显示，第二季度总收入为5.516亿美元，同比增长0.7%；净利润达7960万美元，同比大幅增长33.9%；调整后EBITDA为1.857亿美元，同比增长14.7%。业绩增长主要得益于创纪录的油气特许权收入、煤炭销量增加及其他收入提升，部分被煤炭销售均价下滑所抵消。

　　油气特许权业务表现尤为亮眼，该板块收入达4630万美元，同比增长30.5%，创历史新高。公司于7月1日完成了一项价值2.062亿美元的油气矿权收购，新增约48500净特许权英亩。

　　公司宣布第二季度每单位现金分配为0.60美元，年化分配率为2.40美元。当期可分配现金流为1.082亿美元，分配覆盖率达1.39倍，环比均提升39%。

　　在销售指引方面，公司预计2026年全年煤炭总销量为3375万至3525万吨。CEO表示，尽管温和天气和天然气价格走低影响了上半年国内煤炭需求，但强劲的合约销售簿使公司受影响极小。

　　公司指出，当前约29.4万吨2027年交付的煤炭已签约定价，体现了客户对公司供应能力的信任。
