智通财经APP获悉，据港交所7月24日披露，安联国际控股有限公司(Arrano International Holdings Limited，简称：安联国际)向港交所GEM递交上市申请，创升融资为其独家保荐人。据招股书显示，安联国际是一家香港保安服务供应商，主要提供保安护卫服务及电子保安解决方案服务。公司凭借大型保安项目管理经验建立市场地位，并持续拓展闭路电视、4S及保安机器人等电子保安解决方案业务。 于往绩记录期间，公司主要客户包括香港国际机场营运商、空运货站营运商、仲量联行、建筑承包商、电讯服务供应商及物业管理公司。于最后实际可行日期，公司拥有28个积存项目，预计未来可确认收入约2.2亿港元。
