中国经济网北京7月28日讯 诺瓦星云(301589.SZ)收报129.95元，跌幅2.12%。诺瓦星云今日盘中最低至129.00元，创上市以来新低。 诺瓦星云2024年2月8日在深交所创业板上市。诺瓦星云本次在深交所创业板公开发行股票1,284.00万股，占发行后公司股份总数的比例为25.00%，全部为新股发行，原股东不公开发售股份，本次发行价格为126.89元/股。诺瓦星云的保荐机构(主承销商)为民生证券(现更名为“国联民生”)，保荐代表人为汪兵、佟牧。 诺瓦星云本次公开发行募集资金总额为人民币162,926.76万元，募集资金净额为150,473.21万元。 诺瓦星云于2024年2月5日发布的首次公开发行股票并在创业板上市招股说明书显示，公司拟募集资金108,503.22万元，用于诺瓦光电显示系统产业化研发基地、超高清显示控制与视频处理技术中心、信息化体系升级建设、营销网络及服务体系升级。 诺瓦星云本次发行费用总额为12,453.55万元，其中保荐及承销费用(含辅导费)9,471.70万元。 (责任编辑：徐自立)
