Transworld Shipping Lines (NSE:TRANSWORLD, BOM:520151) signed an agreement to sell its vessel SSL Visakhapatnam to Last Voyage DMCC or its guaranteed nominee for $3.08 million, according to a Saturday stock exchange filing.
The company said it executed the memorandum of agreement on July 26. The sale will be completed upon delivery of the vessel.
