【经络：6月MMI为3.17% 创下11个月低点】智通财经APP获悉，根据mReferral(经络)抵押贷款推荐研究部门的最新数据，2026年6月的mReferral抵押贷款利率指数(MMI)反映新贷款客户通常可用的实际利率，目前为3.17%，环比下降2个基点，连续两个月下跌，创下11个月新低。Mremlon抵押贷款推荐公司首席副总裁曹德明表示，6月份选择主要银行2.73%固定利率抵押贷款计划的客户比例上升，超过20%，导致当月MMI下降。
