Lucid Group (LCID) shares rose nearly 2.4% on Tuesday after HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud disclosed a 5% stake in the company, according to a Schedule 13G filing.
He owns about 19.5 million Class A common shares, with sole voting and dispositive power over all of them, the filing added.
The 5% ownership figure was calculated based on nearly 390.3 million Class A shares outstanding as of April 29, the filing said.
