7月28日，港股餐饮股集体拉升，其中，唐宫中国大涨13.5%，昨日一度大涨10%的小菜园再度上涨4.6%，百胜中国涨4%，达势股份涨超2%，特海国际涨1.6%，海底捞涨1.4%，九毛九、大家乐集团跟涨。
消息面上，日前公布的6月社零数据显示，餐饮收入同比增长1.2%，环比提升0.6个百分点，呈现边际改善态势。国信证券认为，餐饮行业基本面最弱的时段已经过去，边际数据已进入温和向上通道。光大证券国际也建议关注香港餐饮板块回稳势头，认为业者积极推动数码化与人工智能转型是重要支撑因素。
个股方面，小菜园截至2026年6月末，公司门店总数已超830家，覆盖14个省级行政区的203座城市。中信建投证券维持“买入”评级，认为公司量价新均衡后经营逐步稳健，凭借优质供应链优势、灵活高效门店模型，核心定位优势有望持续凸显。海伦司2025年实现扭亏为盈，归母净利润约3395万元，成功扭转2024年亏损7798万元的局面。
