路透7月27日 - 医疗保健房地产投资信托基金Welltower（WELL.N）周一第二次上调了其年度运营资金（FFO）预测 ，此举是基于对其辅助生活和老年住宅物业的强劲需求。

该公司预计，作为REITs关键业绩指标之一的2026年标准化FFO将达到每股6.36至6.44美元，高于此前 每股6.21至6.35美元的预测。
该公司报告称，标准化每股FFO为1.60美元，同比增长25%，高于分析师预期的每股1.55美元。
随着美国人口老龄化加剧以及对医疗保健支持需求的增加，对老年生活社区的需求一直在增长。
Welltower还宣布将季度股息上调15%至85美分。
