【一心堂：使用5000万元闲置可转债募集资金进行现金管理】一心堂公告称，2026年5月20日公司2025年年度股东会同意使用不超3亿元2018年公开发行可转换公司债券的暂时闲置募集资金进行现金管理。近日，公司与上海浦东发展银行昆明分行签订合同，认购5000万元“利多多公司稳利26JG3242期”人民币对公结构性存款，产品为保本浮动收益型，2026年7月27日起息，2026年10月27日到期，保底收益率0.70%。
