河北省第十四届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十二次会议审查了衡水市人民代表大会常务委员会报请批准的《衡水市养老服务条例》，该条例与宪法、法律、行政法规和本省的地方性法规不抵触，决定予以批准，由衡水市人民代表大会常务委员会公布施行。
