多知7月24日消息，商务部电子商务司负责人在介绍1至6月我国电子商务发展情况时表示，上半年，商务部积极推动电子商务创新发展，线上线下融合释放消费潜力，数智化赋能各行业转型升级，“丝路电商”提升国际经贸合作效能，助力做强做优做大实体经济。

构建发展新环境。推动修改《中华人民共和国电子商务法》，统筹促进与规范、国内与国际，进一步完善电子商务发展的法治环境。出台《关于更好服务实体经济 推进电子商务高质量发展的指导意见》，发挥电子商务作用，更好巩固壮大实体经济根基。开展国家电子商务示范基地创建，发挥示范引领和辐射带动作用。

激发消费新活力。围绕品质消费升级“全国网上年货节”“双品网购节”，释放消费潜能。据国家统计局数据，1至6月全国网上商品零售额增长4.8%，拉动社会消费品零售总额增长1.2个百分点。智能商品持续增长亮眼，据商务大数据监测，智能外骨骼和智能眼镜网零额分别增长458.4%和151.7%。据国家统计局数据，网上服务零售额增长6.0%。据商务大数据监测，旅游和餐饮网上销售额分别增长27.2%和13.9%。
