Monolithic Power Systems (MPWR) could post better-than-expected Q2 results with upside to its Q3 outlook, driven by the AI-heavy enterprise data and communications segments, which Oppenheimer expects to nearly double this year.

The company is scheduled to report its Q2 results July 30.

Oppenheimer said in a Thursday research report that it expects 2026 and 2027 EPS of $24.50 and $31.39, respectively, with a projected 2026 gross margin of 55.6%.

Content-led growth across markets supports the company's continued outsized growth, with topline expected to reach a $4 billion run rate by year-end, according to the note.

Oppenheimer reiterated its outperform rating and a price target of $1,700 per share on the stock.

Shares of Monolithic Power Systems were down 3.6% in Friday afternoon trading.
