据证券时报报道，PCB行业正经历一场前所未有的扩产浪潮，天使投资人、资深人工智能专家郭涛指出，当前行业大面积扩产背景下，能够匹配AI服务器、光模块订单的有效高端产能占比不足20%，绝大多数新增产能仍扎堆于常规中低端线路板，行业普遍存在名义高端扩产、实际低端产能的概念炒作现象。报道称，行业共识是，本轮扩产潮最终会走向两极分化：高端产能向头部集中，中低端落后产能加速出清。
