　　这家投资机构将华纳兄弟探索的股票评级从买入下调至中性，并未给出目标股价。

　　海港分析师在周日发给客户的研报中写道：“上周五晚间传出消息，派拉蒙天际娱乐暂停对华纳兄弟探索的收购…… 本次并购再度延期，后续充满不确定性。即便并购最终落地，收益也远不止资金持有成本的差价收益。综合考量，我们认为当下有更优质的资金配置方向。”

　　海港将华纳兄弟探索二季度营收预期从此前 93.02 亿美元下调至 90.66 亿美元。这家传媒企业定于 8 月 6 日发布最新财报。
