专注于先进无线和有线连接、射频（RF）、电磁干扰（EMI）滤波及半导体解决方案的高科技公司Mobix Labs， Inc． （Nasdaq： MOBX） 今日宣布，其董事会已批准将公司更名为“NSM Labs， Inc．”的提案，该提案将提交至即将召开的股东大会审议。NSM即“National Security Matters”的缩写。

　　此次更名标志着公司战略的明确转型。Mobix Labs执行董事长James Peterson表示，新名称是对公司使命的宣告，即围绕对美国及其盟友安全与韧性日益重要的系统、资源和基础设施，打造一个专注的美国技术平台。

　　更名计划紧随公司签署收购Vision Aerial， Inc．的最终协议。Vision Aerial是一家美国本土的无人机系统设计与制造商，其产品符合相关法规要求。此项收购一旦完成，将为Mobix Labs在射频、传感、连接和国防电子领域的能力增添美制无人机与空中情报平台，使其业务触角延伸至国防、关键基础设施、能源、公共安全及工业市场。

　　根据其相关倡议，公司确立了四大战略增长支柱：关键资源与先进材料；国防、航空航天与自主系统；能源、水资源与关键基础设施；以及数字基础设施与战略技术。

　　在获得所有必要批准并完成相关变更前，公司将继续以Mobix Labs， Inc．的名义运营，其A类普通股在纳斯达克的交易代码仍为MOBX，股东目前无需采取任何行动。
