路透7月27日 - 阿波罗全球管理公司（Apollo Global Management， APO.N ） 将向总部位于新加坡的凯发（Keppel）KPLM.SI的新私募基金注资15亿美元，该基金将持有六座正在运营的石油钻井平台，两家公司周一宣布了这一消息。
此项交易将有助于凯发变现其非核心资产并释放资本用于再投资，同时使阿波罗能够进军该地区的海上能源市场——该市场目前 设备利用率较高且长期需求趋势强劲 。
此次交易是凯发计划的一部分，该集团拟将其间接子公司Rigco Holding Pte持有的10座钻井 平台以近37亿新元(28.7亿美元) 的价格出售，以释放资金用于新投资、降低债务并回馈股东。
凯发预计，通过以12亿新元将这6座钻井平台出售给新成立的凯发离岸基金（Keppel Offshore Fund），今年将获得4.78亿美元现金。这家总部位于新加坡的基金管理公司将通过 一家间接持有的 子公司，向该新设立的私募基金 出资50%。
凯发表示，出售这六座 钻井平台预计将使该公司管理的基金规模增加约39亿新元。
该基金管理公司还 计划于2027年至 2028年期间， 将另外四座目前正在建造中的钻井平台出售给该新基金 。预计该交易将为凯发带来9.88亿美元的现金收益。
该公司补充称，在定于7月30日公布的上半年财报中，凯发将因出售这六座在役钻井平台而确认9200万新元的会计亏损。
