集信国控（08629）发布公告，本集团预期于截至2026年6月30日止6个月取得净利润约人民币410万元至人民币470万元，较2025年同期的净利润约人民币189万元增加约117%至149%。本公司拥有人应占利润预期约为人民币280万元至人民币320万元，较2025年同期的本公司拥有人应占利润约人民币135万元增加约107%至137%。董事会认为该增加主要归因于（i）本集团现有业务收入的增长；及（ii）新收购的附属公司业绩并入本集团截至2026年6月30日止6个月的业绩。
