为持续强化“甘味”区域公共品牌知识产权协同保护，助力地方特色产业规范化、品牌化、长效化发展，近日，兰州市人民检察院、兰州市市场监督管理局、兰州市农业农村局联合召开“甘味”品牌知识产权保护工作协调会，共同会商品牌保护重点工作，健全联动工作机制，深化部门协同共治。

会议聚焦我市“甘味”品牌保护现状，围绕品牌规范使用、侵权风险防控、线索互通共享、联合执法监管、源头品质管控等关键工作开展深入交流研讨。逐条研讨《关于建立“甘味”品牌知识产权协同保护机制的实施意见》，全面梳理当前品牌保护工作中的重点难点问题，逐一细化协作实施细则，厘清各单位权责边界，优化案件移送、信息互通、联合处置全流程衔接机制。

据悉，兰州市市场监管局将持续深化与检察机关、农业农村部门的协同联动，做实做细“甘味”品牌知识产权全链条保护工作，配合开展专项整治行动，聚焦冒用“甘味”商标标识、虚假标注等突出违法行为从严查处，持续加大监管执法和风险防控力度，不断擦亮“甘味”特色农业金字招牌，赋能全市乡村振兴和特色产业高质量发展。（观澜新闻记者 魏佳贝 通讯员 赵方圆）
