ChainCatcher 消息，欧洲证券和市场管理局（ESMA）周五更新临时 MiCA 登记名单，新增 15 家持牌加密资产服务提供商（CASP），名单总数达到 309 家。新增机构包括美国银行业巨头 BNY Mellon 的比利时子公司 BNY SA/NV。
本次新增名单包括 4 家银行机构，其中 3 家来自德国，另有 BitPay、Coinify、Bleap 等数字资产平台。德国和丹麦各新增 3 家 CASP，保加利亚和拉脱维亚各新增 2 家，比利时、塞浦路斯、列支敦士登和荷兰各新增 1 家。ESMA 表示，本次更新未改变 MiCA 相关其他登记名单，包括资产参考代币（ART）、电子货币代币（EMT）和加密资产授权发行方，以及不合规实体名单。此前 7 月 1 日过渡期截止后，ESMA 第二次更新曾新增 14 家 CASP，其中包括 Ripple Payments Europe。
