【#中国为世界送上机遇2.0# 专家：#中国已成全球供应链稳定锚#】央视财经消息，今天（28日）下午，商务部发布《关于所谓“产能过剩”问题的中方立场》，针对有关国家和经济体炒作的所谓中国“产能过剩”、中国产能冲击世界市场的言论，文件明确指出，要全面客观看待全球产能和所谓的“过剩”，中国现代化产业发展对世界来说不是“中国冲击2.0”，而是“中国机遇2.0”。文件指出，全球化背景下各国经济深度交融、产业相互融合，以互利、务实的产供链合作，做大全球发展“蛋糕”，是各国共同利益所在。部分国家以所谓“产能过剩”为由设置贸易壁垒，这种人为强行干预的行为只会适得其反。 专家表示，把眼光只放在“筑墙”上，只会加大矛盾，无助于问题解决。简单限制中国产能出口，绝非稳定全球产业链的理性选择。跨国产能配置是全球产业链的常态，中国凭借完整的产业链和规模效应，已成为全球供应链的“稳定锚”和“承重墙”。专家认为，限制中国优质产能出口，将直接推高全球生产与绿色转型的成本，尤其是在光伏、新能源汽车等领域，中国产品大幅降低了各国的绿色转型门槛。
