智通财经APP讯，百利天恒(688506.SH)发布公告，公司自主研发的创新生物药注射用T-Bren(HER2 ADC)在HER2表达的经含铂化疗治疗失败的局部晚期或转移性胆道癌患者中对比T-Bren与医生选择的化疗的III期随机对照临床试验已于近日完成首例受试者入组。
据悉，T-Bren(BL-M07D1)是一种靶向HER2的创新型ADC，具有同类最佳(Best-in-class)潜力，已在临床试验中展示出显著的抗肿瘤功效。截至目前，T-Bren正在国内外开展19项临床试验，包括8个III期、1个II/III期、4个II期、3个I/II期及3个I期临床试验，覆盖一线及二线以上HER2阳性乳腺癌、HER2阳性乳腺癌术后辅助、HER2阳性乳腺癌新辅助治疗和HER2低表达乳腺癌、HER2阳性胃或胃食管结合部腺癌、HER2突变的非鳞状非小细胞肺癌和HER2阳性含铂化疗失败胆道癌，以及肺癌、消化道肿瘤、泌尿系统肿瘤和妇科肿瘤等多项适应症。
