　　长城汽车（02333.HK）于周五（7月24日）发布公告，公司董事会同意聘任袁媛女士为公司董事会秘书及确认其薪酬方案，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第九届董事会届满之日止。同时，袁媛女士还被委任为联席公司秘书及授权代表。

　　据公告介绍，

　　袁媛女士，

　　45岁，2026年7月24日起担任公司董事会秘书及联席公司秘书。

　　袁媛女士，于2023年2月加入该公司至今，担任证券投资部证券业务总经理。

　　在加入该公司前，袁媛女士在境内外资本市场上市公司融资并购等方面拥有逾17年投资银行经验，曾于2005年7月至2023年1月在瑞银集团（UBSAG）多个下属公司从事投资银行业务，最终在瑞银证券有限责任公司全球投资银行部担任执行董事及工业组主管，并注册A股保荐代表人资格。

　　袁媛女士，分别于2003年7月和2005年7月取得清华大学经济管理学院金融学专业经济学学士学位和国际贸易学专业经济学硕士学位。
