答：我们注意到，世贸组织散发了中国诉土耳其电动汽车和其他车辆限制措施案（案件编号：DS629）专家组报告。专家组支持中方主张，裁定土方涉案措施违反世贸规则。中方对此裁决表示欢迎。
2023年以来，土方对中国出口的电动汽车、混动汽车等车辆，先后采取附加关税、进口许可证等限制措施，违反约束关税、国民待遇、最惠国待遇等多边贸易规则，严重损害中方正当贸易利益和中土经贸关系。中方敦促土方尊重世贸组织专家组裁决，采取切实行动，尽快纠正违规措施。
同时，我想指出，中方坚定奉行互利共赢的开放战略，坚定维护以世贸组织为核心的多边贸易体制。中方愿在符合多边贸易规则的基础上，与各方不断提升在新能源汽车等领域的贸易投资合作质量和水平，实现共同发展。
