Wistron's Unit to Buy California Property for $120 Million

Wistron's (TPE:3231) subsidiary, WisLab EMS, agreed to acquire a property in California, US, for $120 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.

The property spans an area of 351,633 square feet and is being acquired from BRE Jupiter B West CA Owner.

The electronics manufacturing company intends to use the property for its business development and strategic planning needs.
