智通财经APP讯，优然牧业(09858)发布公告，预期集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月录得公司拥有人应占期内溢利约人民币7.39亿元至约人民币9.03亿元(截至2025年6月30日止六个月公司拥有人应占期内亏损约人民币2.97亿元)。
根据目前可得的资料，于报告期间，集团业绩实现扭亏为盈，主要归因于(其中包括)以下各项因素的综合影响：i.生物资产公平值减销售成本变动产生的亏损减少。重估亏损减少主要是由于报告期间(i)原料奶市场价格降幅收窄;(ii)淘汰牛价格持续上涨;及(iii)持续降本增效，奶牛单产提升及饲料成本降低;及ii.核心业务经营表现持续改善。于报告期间，原料奶业务受益于养殖效率提升带来的销量增长及饲料成本下降，反刍动物养殖系统化解决方案业务通过产品迭代与业务结构优化，共同推动集团毛利额较2025年中期实现增长。
