ChainCatcher 消息，管理资产超 20 亿美元的银行控股集团 BIND Group 正通过旗下虚拟资产服务提供商 BEN 开发与阿根廷比索挂钩的稳定币，面向机构提供可编程货币服务。BIND Group 还宣布与 Circle 合作，为 BEN 客户提供符合当地监管要求的机构级支付和资金管理服务。
Petersen Group 也正通过一家子公司推进第二项比索稳定币计划，并获得加密即服务公司 Lirium 支持。该产品名为 DIPE，已形成白皮书；Lirium 为 Banco Galicia 和 Brubank 提供相关解决方案。上述项目均由银行集团支持的公司推进，而非银行集团直接提供服务。阿根廷中央银行自 2022 年 5 月起禁止私人银行向客户提供加密相关服务。
这些产品主要面向机构场景，用例包括资金管理、基于链上事件触发的支付以及抵押信贷管理。3 月，阿根廷证券监管机构曾认定与比索挂钩的稳定币 argt 属于证券，且未按规定合规发行。
