AIM Commercial Growth Freehold and Leasehold REIT (BKK:AIMCG) approved a bidding process for the disposal of leasehold rights in its main assets in UD Town Project, according to a Monday filing with the Thailand Exchange.
This comes after Udon Plaza expressed its intention to acquire the leasehold rights in the lifestyle mall with an aggregate gross leasable area of 37,428.15 square meters.
The bid submission period ends on Sept. 9, the filing added.
